All Dalmec equipment is fully bespoke and works are carried out exclusively by Dalmec personnel at our Cles plant in Italy that has excellent “state of the art” production facilities, which extends over an area of 25,000 square metres with 14,000 completely under cover.

Functional analysis, 3D CAD design, study of the different technical solutions available, simulations and prototype creation are all phases in the production process that Dalmec carries out in close partnership with their clients. Continuous controls and reviews during project development ensure that the customer receives the ideal solution to their specific handling application.
Dalmec manipulators are built to a high standard in accordance with EN ISO 9001, and can be used to handle weights from as low as 10kg to as high as 1500kg. They are designed to interface between the operator and the object to be handled, with several vertical and horizontal axes of movement.
All Dalmec manipulators are pneumatically powered, and being fully load-balanced, allow ‘weightless’ movement of handled objects. They provide an ergonomic and efficient method of handling components.
In the United Kingdom Dalmec Limited operates a full team of Sales, Design and Service Engineers covering the whole of the UK, including Northern Ireland and Eire. We are able to provide full and continuous support for your needs from enquiry through to installation and maintenance with each machine tailored to suit a customer’s specific application.
Dalmec Ltd offer full after sales service which includes regular maintenance of all machines sold and the supply of spare parts.
